A key domain B&D wants to further develop is to help our customers improve in their interactions with their customers. This, by using a maximum of customer interaction information captured from the full range of communication channels to track and nurture the customer journey experience towards increased satisfaction and sales conversion via personalized and relevant communication.
B&D is specifically looking for a senior professional with extensive experience in this area, eager to develop offerings, support the sales organisation in their go2 market plans via presales activities and take an active leading delivery role in the strategic missions we deploy at our customers. You will report to the managing director B&D Belgium and collaborate with the OSC (offer strategy & capitalization) director.
