Net Income Increase For First Half of 2011 - B&D Nederland

Paris, August 31st 2011,
Business & Decision Group, the International Consulting and Systems Integration (CSI) Company, announces a net income (Group Share) of €4.0 million for the six month period ended June 30th 2011, representing a growth of 30.9% compared to the comparative period in 2010.

Revenue for the First Half of 2011 grew by 5.0% over the comparative period of 2010.
The operating income amounted to €6.0m and represents 4.8% of total revenue, compared to 5.4% in the comparative period of 2010. Relative slowdown of activity is observed during the second quarter of the year. However, by the end of the semester, new contracts confort the perspective for the rest of the year.
The Group share of net income of €4.0m includes a foreign exchange loss of €0.4m.
The financial ratios achieved enable compliance with bank covenants.

Outlook
Perspectives for growth for the second half of 2011 are favourable and the Group continues its recruitment plan, in French operations as well as in international locations. Financial market conditions should not significantly affect the Group's business.
